Collateral Evaluation Services (CES) is the “Virtual Appraisal Department™” that Regional and Community Banks rely upon as their remote alternative to an Appraisal Department for independent appraisal ordering and review. In fact, CES provides a full array of collateral evaluation services throughout the United States, and we currently are seeking experienced Commercial Review Appraisers.
We have opportunities for experienced licensed Review Appraisers in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas and Louisiana. This is an opportunity for an experienced Review Appraiser who wishes to do more review work and scale back on production writing.
Have a minimum of 5 years experience as an independent Fee Appraiser;
Have a minimum of 5 years experience as a Review Appraiser (may consider fewer years as a reviewer based on certain conditions);
Commercial Reviewers must be licensed as a “Certified General” appraiser and in good standing in states where you are licensed;
You must be able to obtain licenses in states where we currently operate, or, are looking to expand;
You must be able to work remotely;
You must be self motivated and able to manage multiple Appraisal Review assignments at once;
You must be detail oriented and able to meet tight deadlines;
You must be highly ethical, courteous, professional and able to communicate well with others.
You must be proficient in MS Outlook, MS Word and MS Excel. We prefer you are proficient in ARGUS and CoStar, but not required.

With regard to other positions at CES, we are also looking for a few non-licensed real estate professionals who have some real estate appraisal training or knowledge, for Evaluation and Production Administration positions. Production Administration positions do not require appraiser licensing, and this position is located only in the Greater Atlanta area In Roswell, GA.
