The successful candidate will have current experience performing market valuations for capital project needs in accordance with local, state, and federal policies and procedures. Must be well versed in reviewing appraisals for capital projects, demonstrable experience in writing, and preparing minimum damage acquisition reports. Experience with appraisal methodologies and techniques. Solid understanding of Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and policies affecting land acquisition and disposition.
Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university AND four (4) years of experience with writing and reviewing Minimum Damage Acquisition reports and market valuations for capital projects.
Required: Must possess a current Minnesota Certified General Real Property Appraisal License.

•Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects while meeting demanding timelines

•Understanding and experience with state and federal laws, regulations, and policies affecting land acquisition and disposition
