Position Requirements

• Undergraduate degree, ideally in Real Estate, Finance, Econ, Business, and/or Math 
• 2-3 years of experience in real estate related fields with an appraisal trainee license 
• Expertise using ARGUS DCF, ARGUS AE, and Dyna 
• Strong communication skills with a good understanding of real estate terminologies 
• Comfortable working as part of a team and supervising the work of junior staff 
• CCIM, CPA or MAI designation is an asset 
• General Appraiser licence is an asset
