The City of San Diego Real Estate Division is seeking qualified real estate appraisers to support the Valuations Team. The contract services would include potential appraisal of a variety of real estate owned by the City, including improved properties, vacant open space/mitigation land, ground leases and remnant properties. The City operates two regional airports and is involved with numerous telecommunication sites that generate appraisal assignments. The City also maintains street, sewer, water, and storm drain infrastructure which may require appraisals for easements and temporary use areas.
