Property tax consulting firm that works nationwide seeks a full-time Valuation Director with appraisal or valuation experience to head our property valuation division. Duties include but are not limited to: prepare valuation analyses utilizing income, market and cost approaches to determine an asset’s tax appeal potential; negotiate appeal settlements with tax authorities; prepare and present evidence at county and state tax board hearings; manage the valuation analysis team; review property tax estimates; communicate with clients

Four to five years of appraisal experience desired. Familiarity with cost segregation studies helpful but not necessary. Must possess: excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; the ability to think creatively and strategize; the ability to work independently and as a team; the capacity to juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines; intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with other MS Office programs and Adobe; exceptional communication skills.
