Primary Responsibilities
Help define and fine tune the risk appetite for the Real Estate portfolio across all countries
Work closely with the salesforce sourcing the loans
Attend management meetings
Analyse, structure, present and execute real estate loans predominantly in Germany
Actively and digitally monitor the portfolio
Build partnerships with external market parties in the Real Estate segment (lawyers, surveyors...) across all countries
Required qualifications and experience
Relevant prior experience in real estate market, preferably in project development or financing, in a bank or a private debt fund
Deep credit knowledge with sound numerical skills
Existing network of relevant parties in the real estate market in the Netherlands, Germany or France
Skills required
Excellent relationship and communication skills, knows how to negotiate a deal between stakeholders
