Allstate Appraisal is a 62 year old AMC looking to fill our Vendor Managment Specialist (Private Banking and Wealth Line) position. Major Responsibilites will inlcude but not be limited to:
Responsible for high look overview of assigning appraisal orders.
Responsible for specifically interviewing appraisers and assigning jumbo loan/private wealth clientele files.
Responsible for oversight of complex vendor issues regarding negotiation of fees, SLA turn times, etc.
Taking and managing client call requests regarding status of quoting and rush orders.
Managing and guiding team through priorities and objectives of day to day pipeline.
Additional responsibilities include:
Investigating complaints from borrowers, clients, and QC staff for consideration of Disciplinary Action.
Forming and running Disciplinary Action meetings to determine status of Appraisal Vendors.
Composing and sending Disciplinary Action letters to vendors
Responsible for planning and on-boarding nationwide panel and overall recruitment of vendor panel.
