In this exciting role, you will be in contact with property owners regarding their property(s) in person and over the phone. Many appraisers spend well over 50% of their time out in the field conducting inspections and meeting with a variety of professionals and the public, including homeowners. You will also conduct detailed reviews for accuracy, then perform property analyses through our new mass appraisal system, which is utilized to calibrate property values. You will be a part of a team who believes in achieving the most professional service possible for our community.
