Senior Associate/Manager must have strong technical knowledge of valuations of closely held companies, intangible assets, debt instruments, and/or other assets for tax and financial statement reporting, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and other purposes.

Senior Associate/Manager Can Expect To

• Perform company, industry and market research to identify client solutions;
• Produce spreadsheet models;
• Perform financial analysis;
• Write Reports;
• Assist in project management;
• Interact with clients on a regular basis;
• Supervise, train, and mentor Associates and Interns; and
• Receive formal training related to Valuation, on the job training, direct feedback from industry leaders, and the opportunity to pursue additional training through internal and external resources.
