Your new role As a Credit Assessor your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Reviewing mortgage applications to make sound decisions as well as provide solutions when required
Escalating potential risks where identified
Resolving loan enquiries and complaints
Package loan applications for Lender's assessment
Preparation of credit compliance reports
Data entry and processing
Due to the ongoing nature of this role, you must have Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency status.
What you'll need to succeed You are encouraged to apply for this role if you have the following:
Minimum of 2 year's experience assessing mortgage applications and ideally have worked within unsecured lending in one of the big 4 banks
Top 4 Bank career experience
Understand the personal loan and home loan process
Established problem solving abilities
Proven communication skills
Demonstrated attention to detail
Credit assessment knowledge
Desirable to have fraud and KYC exposure
