Entreken Associates, Inc.
Tired of writing reports every day, and looking for something different? Entreken Associates in sunny, open for business St. Pete, Florida is looking for an appraisal department manager- Director position candidate. We are looking for a team member that would mentor novice appraisers and/or trainees. The position could be for commercial properties only, or commercial and residential as we have both departments. The candidate would also complete appraisals themselves, if desired, on a commission basis. The candidate would need at least seven years of experience doing commercial appraisals. Previous work with a trainee is a bonus. Florida certification would be required but could be obtained while working. Working in the St. Pete office would likely be necessary three days a week, with the remainder in the office or remotely.
We offer first class technology with an internal Teamsite, past project logs and project maps for reference, task managers, excellent research assistance, and report writing integration to maximize your potential for writing reports. We have internal admin assistance to enter comps in the database, property research, help with putting together area analysis and report sections. We reimburse and require continuing education. We encourage other designations such as the CCIM and AI-GRS.
Beyond all that, we emphasis working to live, not living to work. With a flexible schedule and relaxed atmosphere. If it’s not a fit today, it may be in the future. Worst case, we do some networking and share comps or data in the future. Either way, I look forward to hearing from you and will keep all respondents confidential.
