MVS offers a full range of services including appraisals, feasibility studies, highest and best use analyses, market studies, litigation support, and property development consulting. Our clients include major financial institutions, Fortune 500 corporations, REITs, commercial real estate developers, investors, insurance companies, law firms, and government agencies.

Qualifications
We are looking to hire a dynamic, investigative thinker who is able to explain solutions to real estate issues in a strong written narrative.  Candidate must have a 4-year degree with a course concentration in Real Estate Finance and/or Finance/Statistics and have a high level of expertise in Word and Excel (writing intensive courses would be helpful). Previous experience or exposure to the real estate industry is desirable, though not necessary. State licensure a plus but not a requirement.
