Job Summary: Portland Residential Appraisals Inc. has an immediate opening for a production support assistant. This position will work in close collaboration with a senior licensed appraiser and the primary goal of the position is to assist in the appraiser in the production of appraisal reports.
Roles and Responsibilities
Assist with ancillary tasks and responsibilities related to the production of appraisals.
Organize, streamline, and manage production process of appraisal reports.
Collect and organize real estate information and data related to specific assignments.
Entry of relevant data along with basic narrative writing.
Tasks and Functions
Research market data and transactions
Research and review surveys, plats, leases, operating income statements, deeds, and other legal documents
Post inspection interviews, data entry, and clean-up
Provide support in the analysis and synthesis of collected data
Provide support in the writing of reports
Proofreading and delivery of final reports
Schedule management and organization
Client updates and communication
File and database management

Education and Experience Requirements
