Heffington & Associates, LLC is looking for an experienced Residential Real Estate Appraiser.  State Certified Appraiser Preferred or fully trained and experienced.  We cannot take a new trainee at this time.  We service all of Volusia County with our office in Daytona Beach and a satellite home office in DeLand.  Fee split based income.  Split depends on experience and if you are an employee or independent contractor.  Most of our residential appraisal work is through the Veterans Administration, local banks and private clients.  Work from home or in office.  Full or part time.
