Analyst will support the Real Estate team in analyzing and assessing real estate development opportunities, facility operational and financial performance; they will also undertake real estate assessments, be an active manager in creation of development proformas, budget tracking, transaction management support, capital plan modeling, and analysis of strategic opportunities.
