Pritchett, Ball & Wise, Inc. is seeking an experienced commercial real estate appraiser who is open to new challenges and growth under our guidance.  We are a smaller/boutique commercial appraisal firm which started in Atlanta in 1954.  Our primary focus involves non-lending assignments for a variety of attorneys, government entities, and private individuals.  We currently serve relatively few geographic areas and concern ourselves with assignments requiring expertise in a somewhat narrow subset of property types and ownership interests.  Our firm seeks someone to help provide growth in our existing lines of business, plus other opportunities fostered by our ideal candidate’s progression within our company and the appraisal community.  We are delighted to discuss our typical assignments
