Busy real estate sales/appraisal office in Wabash Indiana looking for an experienced appraiser.

Appraisal assignments would include a variety of single-unit, multi-unit, land, and commercial properties.  Primarily lender work, but also work for estates, divorces, and insurance companies are also completed.

The ideal candidate would hold a certified residential or general license, have at least 5 years of experience, and have experience with ala mode software and microsoft office suite.  Opportunities for selling real estate also available if the candidate is also a licensed broker in Indiana or would like to obtain a broker license.  The candidate should also be willing to locate to the area and be engaged within the local community.
