The Diagnostic Assessor provides Diagnostic Assessments, Behavioral Health Treatment Initial Assessments, and second opinions assessment to the CCS clients, utilizing diagnostic tools, intelligence measure, adaptive functioning measure, and neuropsychological measures, in a manner that is consistent with clinical best practices for CCS. The Diagnostic Assessor is integral in all aspects of diagnostic assessment including preparing, administering, establishing DSM-5 diagnosis, writing summary and full diagnostic report to include in the client’s medical record. As needed, the Assessor provides BHT Initial Assessments at the CCS offices and provides report review and consultation in collaboration with our Clinical Case Management department.     ESSENTIA
