Property tax consulting firm seeking an experienced professional with a background in appraisal and/or property valuation to manage and analyze property assessments for appeal opportunities. Key responsibilities include reviewing and preparing valuation analyses, engaging with county commercial appraisers, participating in county and state board hearings, collaborating with the valuation team on analyses, training team members, and maintaining client relationships. A strong understanding of cost, income, and market approaches to value is essential, along with direct capitalization and discounted cash flow analytical model experience. 

•    At least two years of commercial real estate valuation experience
•    Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other MS Office and Adobe programs
•    Experience using CoStar is desirable
•    Strong creative thinking and strategic planning capabilities
•    Skilled negotiator
•    Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
•    Great interpersonal skills
