Position Title: Valuation AnalystLocation: Fully remoteReports To: Chief Executive OfficerRole Overview The Valuation Analyst is responsible for reviewing valuation reports and related financial data, participating in ESOP valuation update reviews, maintaining the formal valuation review process, educating team members on valuation methodology and processes and evaluating and understanding client financial performance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1.Annual Valuation Updates and Transaction Valuations • Review valuation reports and participate in valuation review meetings for annual updates and administrative actions. • Review the valuation checklist and math c
