Lembeck Appraisal & Consulting, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Commercial Real Estate Appraiser Trainee to being a long-term professional career in commercial real estate valuation.  

This is an apprentice-style position intended for individuals who are intentionally pursuing appraisal as a profession and are prepared for the multi-year training, coursework, and experience required for state certification.  The role is well-suited for candidates who enjoy analytical work, market research, and professional writing, and who are motivated to develop independent judgement under experienced supervision.

Successful appraisers in our firm typically come from finance, economics, accounting, or other analytical backgrounds and, after completing required coursework and licensure, progress to senior-level roles with six-figure earning potential.

This position is full-time and fully on-site in Spokane, Washington.  Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available. 

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to write clearly and professionally
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, real estate, or related analytical field
• Genuine interest in pursuing appraisal licensure
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word; comfort working with data
• Willingness to commit to an in-office, multi-year training and licensing process
