We're growing!!  We are an established full-service commercial real estate company in the South Arlington area. We are currently seeking appraisers with residential experience who want to learn to do commercial appraisals.  We are expanding in both the residential and commercial appraisal division.

This will be an on-site position, and training will be provided to learn commercial appraisals.  The ideal candidate should be fully knowledgeable and be able to do residential appraisals independently to grow our residential division.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Basic appraisal classes completed
• Full competency with Microsoft Word & Excel
• Exceptional writing skills
• Exceptional math skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail oriented

Preferred Requirements:

• Certified Appraiser, Licensed Appraiser or Appraiser Trainee
• Experience with residential appraisals
• Experience with commercial appraisals
