Position Summary
Crossroads Consulting Services LLC (Crossroad Consulting) is seeking a well-qualified Business Analyst to join our team with experience in professional services, financial advisory or financial consulting involving real estate projects, large-scale facility development projects, mixed-use development projects and public assembly projects.
The Business Analyst will be responsible for developing, producing, and presenting feasibility studies, financial forecasts, economic impact analysis, facility optimization reports, and other related products and services for public and private clients.

To be successful in this role you must be strong in data research/analysis, financial modeling, critical thinking, project management, time management and public speaking. In addition, it is important to be proficient in writing and conveying the results of this work effectively in a variety of reports for client utilization. Primary Responsibilities
Conducting market research and analysis including collecting, examining, and interpreting data to draw conclusions and support informed decision-making. This includes using statistical techniques to identify patterns, trends, and insights from the data utilizing Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI
Executing technical writing to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner to specific and targeted audiences through appropriate language, logically organized content, with accuracy via Microsoft Power Point and Word.
Compiling and analyzing statistical data
Assisting with survey questionnaire design, facilitating data collection, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, interpreting statistical outputs, and preparing results summaries
Developing, organizing and reporting on industry trends
Analyzing market research and stakeholder input to develop strategic recommendations
Utilizing and developing proprietary financial models
Analyzing external data sources to transform the data and information into actionable knowledge for the organization, providing critical market intelligence to our leadership team and clients
Developing presentations and other written project deliverables to support client decision making
Organizing, managing and tracking multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment
Representing Crossroads Consulting at meetings and events
Contributing to thought leadership
Other tasks as assigned
Required Experience
Two or more years of relevant experience in real estate development, facility planning, development, strategic advisory/consulting services or a master’s degree in a related field
Strong project management and organization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Excellent reasoning and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with database and search tools, with strong internet research skills
Extremely proficient and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with advanced Excel skills including complex functions/formulas, various formatting techniques, database sorting/filtering, macros, pivot tables
Proficiency in Qualtrics and data analysis/visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Power BI is preferred but not required
Other Skills/Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics, Finance, Real Estate, Business or related business administration fields
Self-motivated with the ability to function in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Strong time management and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and consistently meet tight deadlines
Detail-oriented mindset with a positive “can-do” attitude
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
