The Integra Realty Resources office of IRR - Charleston is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Real Estate Appraiser based in or near Savannah, Georgia. This role will cover a diverse territory spanning from the Hilton Head Island MSA to Savannah MSA as well as surrounding areas. You’ll gain hands-on experience with complex valuation assignments across a variety of property types and purposes—including financial reporting, acquisition, mortgage lending, portfolio analysis, eminent domain, and estate planning. You’ll Bring:

• Active Georgia and South Carolina Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License
• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, economics, or a related field
• 3+ years’ experience appraising a wide range of commercial property types
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Proven expertise in preparing appraisals and reviews for complex properties
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and valuation/reporting tools (Argus, CoStar, Excel, etc.)
• Solid understanding of valuation principles, real estate terminology, and property tax processes
• A commitment to earning the MAI designation if not already achieved
• A self-starter mindset with a passion for professional growth
