The County of San Diego's Assessor/Recorder/County Clerk's Office has current openings for APPRAISER III    Appraiser IIIs interpret and apply the California Revenue and Taxation Code and perform complex appraisal work of residential, commercial, and business personal property. They apply standard appraisal principles and techniques to value real property such as: small to mid-sized commercial and industrial properties, apartments, and large acreage holdings. They also provide technical guidance and training to subordinate appraisers.  Appraisers travel extensively throughout the County, and may be assigned to any work location in the County.
