Position Overview

You will be engaged in a diverse pipeline of legal appraisal assignments, including:

• Divorce and dissolution of marriage valuations
• Estate, probate, and date of death appraisals
• Retrospective and complex valuation scenarios
• Litigation support and attorney consultation

This role offers consistent exposure to non-lender work, requiring analytical rigor, narrative strength, and defensible reporting.
