The Henry S. Miller Company in Dallas, Texas is seeking an experienced MAI to assume the position of Manager for the commercial Appraisal & Consulting Group which operates as Henry S. Miller Consulting, LLC. This position is responsible for management of the commercial real estate appraisal division and reports to the parent company CEO and CFO.
Responsibilities:
New business development and management of client relationships
Staff recruitment, training, and supervision
Performing appraisals
Internal quality control through review of all appraisals produced by staff
Administrative oversight of the appraisal division
Process and productivity enhancements
Operation and profitability of the appraisal division

Requirements
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a related field
10 or more years experience in commercial real estate appraisal
MAI designation
Texas Certified General Appraiser license in good standing
